Our goal is to share our education and experiences about real estate with people who have the desire to own their first home, sale a home, purchase another home or invest in residential and commercial real estate.

Being in the business many years has been rewarding . Our goal in the earlier years  of real estate was to inform  first time homebuyers why it was important  to purchase a home and encourage sellers to trust us to list their homes.  As time progressed, we became interested in the investment market area of real estate.  For the past three years we have studied and focused on how to purchase and manage residential and commercial multi-family units.   Our educational backgrounds in history, general studies, business administration, business management and real estate, along with our real life experiences have definitely helped us meet our real estate goals.  Our desire to help others reach their real estate goals is why we want to continue to earn our customers trust as their Realtors.   

We believe service within the real estate industry is also important.  At the present time ,Carolyn is Chairperson for the Equal Opportunity Committee at the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and a member of the GBBR Commercial Legislative Commitee.
