As a native of Baltimore and graduate of Boys Latin School, I have very strong ties to northern Baltimore City, Towson, Lutherville, Timonium, and Cockeysville. Maintaining and cultivating those relationships allows me to be a successful real estate agent and appraiser. Licensed to sell real estate in 1994, my career began at the Coldwell Banker Greenspring Office where I consistently produced over $ 4 million in sales annually.
In 2005, I transferred to Gaylord Brooks Realty which allowed me the opportunity to pursue my interest in buying, selling and developing raw land. In January of 2009, Gaylord Brooks Realty merged with the Yerman, Whitman, Gaines and Conklin Realty Group, creating one of the largest locally owned and operated residential brokerage firms in Maryland.
After 11 years in the real estate industry, I decided to expand my residential real estate career by obtaining my Appraiser's License. As an appraiser, I travel throughout Maryland, which also affords me the ability to stay on top of the ever changing real estate market.
I currently live in Timonium with my wife, daughter and twin boys. I am a member of The L'Hirondelle Club of Ruxton, captain of L'Hirondelle Tennis Interclub and a member of the Society of Colonial Wars.
